From the minute I called valentines I was very impressed. The lady who answered the phone was very polite and helpful. They were very professional and prompt to attend my property and advise on areas I was concerned about . Stewart was very knowledgeable on all aspects . Great company and great customer service from both the receptionist and Stewart . A friendly local company who I would definitely recommend and would definitely use again .

We were selling a rental flat and the single survey came up with areas of dampness - this was obviously a concern, and our solicitor recommended a report from Valentines to check exactly what was required. Booking was a breeze, and Stuart turned up on time on a Saturday. After doing his survey and assessment, he reassured us that this was all perfectly normal for a tenement flat of its age and that it had "a clean bill of health" - his assessment was that the surveyor was being overly cautious and that no work was required. Bearing in mind the poor perception that some preservation specialists have for "manufacturing business", this was not only great news for the flat sale, but really reassured us that Stuart was professional and honest and I would be more than happy to recommend his services.

Stuart and his team have carried out work for our property multiple times now (dry rot, damp, vent installation). Many times he has completed jobs without charge, gone out his way to complete jobs at short notice including carrying out some work himself before working hours. Hes professional, responsive and i can always rely on him to give me an honest and cost effective diagnosis. I highly recommend valentines and will continue to use them for future jobs. Thank you for all your time and support Stuart and Sharon. You guys have been amazing during a difficult stressful times!

Having taken on a renovation blindly. I can not recommend Stuart and his team enough. From the start they’ve been amazing. Gave lots of honest advice. I had damp proofing done and plastering in other areas. The work carried out has been done to a high standard, stress free and Stuart has always made himself available for any questions and follow up. I would absolutely recommend Valentine Property.

The team at Valentines done a fantastic job for us! We could not recommend Stuart and team more. The standard of works completed and the professionalism were both impeccable. There were a few issues along the way (not any fault of Valentines) but these were dealt with in the least stress free way possible and the team went above and beyond. We will certainly be recommending Valentines to all friends and family. Thanks again to Stuart and team.
