Josh is brilliant - the first time was for a burst pipe on a Friday night! He answered the phone and arrived within the hour- just as he said Since then we have used him to replace taps, advise about a water softener and do some other repairs- always professional, friendly, respectful of the house, loved the dogs and very good at communicating. Highly recommended.

We were absolutely delighted to find Vallance Plumbing and Heating, back in December, when we had a serious boiler/heating crisis during the extreme cold weather. Josh was able to visit promptly, quote for the repair work and then undertook the replacement installation as soon as time allowed. Josh always demonstrates 100% professionalism, politeness and complete trustworthiness. His work is immaculate, tidy and carried out with personable good nature. He is highly recommended, and we will certainly not hesitate to contact him for any further issues.

Josh is very friendly and helpful. When my boiler suddenly stopped working at 8:30 in the evening, he came around quickly and sorted it out for me promptly and efficiently. He also took the time to show me step by step how I can prevent that same thing from happening, which I appreciated very much.
