Shaun & Johnny had a real battle with our bathroom, they worked long hours & Shaun always kept us informed along the way of what issues there were & what they were doing. From the beginning, Shaun was very helpful & informative, always had good advice & without his help we would have struggled to pick from the vast ranges of units and colours out there. As mentioned, they had a battle. A couple of nasty surprises along the way from the original fitters of the old bathroom which led to some interesting discoveries, some much less welcome than others! They were very responsive to fix any little snags or details we had issue with, very minor things but made all the difference once sorted and they were easy to get hold of to fix them. Nothing was too much hassle. The finished bathroom itself is like a showroom, amazing transformation & quality of workmanship. Very pleased with the end result. Would definitely recommend them and will be looking to use them again on future projects.

I cannot recommend this company enough. . I had many local companies / businesses coming out to provide myself quotes with many not getting back in touch and a couple very very expensive. A family friend had recommended Shaun (so glad he did). From the beginning, Shaun came out and provided myself with a quote and provided a date when he could start the work. He kept me informed with any changes to this date. When the work started, I couldn’t have the bathroom layout I envisioned due to the toilet waste location. . However Shaun provided me different options to consider and answered all my questions / queries to this. Throughout completing the work, Shaun provided myself daily updates on the work and took into consideration my thoughts of how I wanted things to be finished in the finer details such as the colour of the silicon, where I wanted my mirror, if I wanted my window sill kept etc.. Shaun answered all my questions throughout and provided myself reassurance too. There was a couple of delays (not due to the company just with things they came across) but Shaun worked hard to get the bathroom completed and kept me informed of these delays. Raymond, the joiner, also came back after the bathroom was completed to put shelves up too. They also arranged for a cleaner to come to clean the bathroom too. I cannot fault this company and I would recommend anyone who is planning to change their bathroom to use this company. My bathroom looks like bathroom heaven and I genuinely cannot believe the transformation in it. The workmanship is to a very high standard and the attention to detail is fab. Thank you again. .

From the first visit to discuss our requirements this company was professional. They communicated and kept us fully informed at every stage. The work area being central to our home, they cleaned up all waste etc daily and the sparkle clean at completion was a lovely touch. I would fully recommend this company and certainly use again.
