Toby Harvey1 StarCame to resolve a toilet issue. Advised part ordered and will be in next day. Next day nobody called and I called at 3pm to be told part still not arrived. Was told it will be done Monday. Monday came and plumber came out and removed parts to go to a merchant to replace so still no parts arrived?. Later found at 2145 plumber left a note with only a pan left installed to use a bowl of water to flush toilet. Nobody bothered to advise me but get told they did but had no missed calls or text messages advising I had a missed call! Maria then calls to say she is on holiday and she didn't have to call but apparently called but she didn't. Really unprofessional and talks over you and customer service is somewhat lacking!Tuesday 19th July 2022
