yana tyanova1 StarPlease chose another company if you want to renovate your bathroom. They delivered wrong sink, the cupboards were different colours-some brighter. The quality of work done is poor compared to other bathrooms done by other companies. I think for paying nearly £11000 ( yes exactly) all should be done more than perfect. Please feel free to contact me for pictures on the job done by them. Maybe only their delivery service is good.Monday 17th October 2022
Declan Ridley1 StarBought a bath from them, fitted it and water is leaking through the fiberglass part of the bath, tried to get hold of them to discuss it, to be told that they only speak to trade customers over the phone. General public just have to email them and hope for the best. Still no reply to the email I sent over a week ago. Mikail Ridhwan1 StarI had a full bathroom refit purchased via Victoria Plum. The fittings on offer on their website were decent however the installation was appalling. A lot of details felt rushed when it came to the sealant and grouting. Worst of all, the new extractor fan hasn't worked since the installation date 2 months ago. They said it's an electrical fault however my previous extractor fan worked fine so something must have gone wrong with their contractors during the installation. I've chased the installers and Victoria plum directly via phone and email to ask them to resolve this but I've had no responses for over a month. Shocking customer service.Friday 23rd September 2022
Dale Bramall1 StarI ordered a free standing bath from Victoria plumb. When we fitted and checked we noticed there was a leak from the waste/ plug. This came pre fitted with the bath.
After contacting them all they said was that I will have to remove the factory fitted part that they had installed and re fit it myself.
No real apology, no offer to exchange or any type of refund at all. Shocking customer service, taking 3 days to reply to each email.
Very unhappy and will not be using them for anything else in the future.Saturday 28th May 2022
Nemo Softs1 StarI cancelled the order . But they haven't refound the payment. Nearly one month now .I did contact them three times but no idea. I am going to contact the card issuer to explain the issue they may cancel the payment or get a refund.but I am the trade customer with them.no idea . Don't try Victoria plumMonday 6th June 2022
