Magdalena Marchwiany4 StarWe have purchased from VB4U 1.2k worth of JTP taps that are black matt.
These taps scratch from just looking at them and shower head was leaking from the day 1.
I emailed and called to ask for advice but there was no response initially. Once Richard got on a case, things moved swiftly. I received replacement parts from JTP with missing pieces, so had to call a plumber for a simple fix but Victorian bathrooms 4U refunded a call out fee.Friday 26th February 2021

Ann Dicken5 StarI spoke to Tom from Victorian Bathrooms over a year ago, I was looking for a gold pipe for my loo and couldn't find one. Tom emailed me photos of one he could get, he was extremely helpful. As with many home jobs it has taken me over a year to get started and I couldn't find the original email so I rang Tom and he added the pipe to their website to make it easy for me to order along with the shower, taps and other bathroom accessories. The delivery arrived two days later and on checking everything over we found that the shower had a small dent in it. I again rang Tom and he organised to have a replacement sent and to collect the damaged one. In a day and age when good customer service is hard to find I am pleased to say that this company ticks all the boxes. I had originally rang another company (who top the Google search) who had no interest in trying to find an item that wasn't already listed on their website.Saturday 10th October 2015
Jason Wheeler1 StarDreadful Company to deal with, placed order online after first speaking to customer services about nxt day delivery. Was advised to order online before 2.30pm for nxt day. 3 days later still no delivery, small parts not in stock stops the whole order from being shipped out. Not interested once they have taken your money, never tells you online till after you have paid,items are not in stock. Will Never use again.Friday 24th August 2018
