DO NOT USE!! Customer service is absolutely appalling!! We received a double radiator before Christmas the box was soggy and ripped and when opening we noticed that where the box was bashed the radiator was scratched. We’d have been more relaxed about it but unfortunately it was the front of the radiator. We emailed them along with photos. They asked for a full length photo of the radiator not just the closeup. We sent those through. They accepted that there was damage and offered a replacement or partial refund. We wanted an exchange as it’s for our new extension so didn’t want to be dealing with touch ups etc not matching. Crickets. I emailed no response. I used the online support chat and a girl named Olivia said she’d send it on and someone would be in touch. Again crickets so I emailed back. They then emailed back saying it was a dirty mark and that I should just rub it with a cloth. Obviously I tried that when we got it but as explained to them, it’s scratched with indentation and marked. I emailed saying I wanted a resolution and saying we felt they were fobbing us off to which they emailed saying they have sent of our info to the supplier and if we have any questions get in touch. There was no resolution. The email was very much goodbye. Not our problem. The amount of damaged stock this company seem to have from other reviews is astounding. Fine if you are lucky and get something that isn’t broken or faulty but if you do you will get no where with customer service. Spend more if you have to somewhere else. Meanwhile, I’m going to take to emailing them every day.

good prices and extensive range. our shower enclosure and taps were delivered really quickly from Victorian plumbing however the shower boards came direct from manufacturer and these took 2 weeks. I chased after 7 days which is the time I was advised in the original email and to be fair Victorian plumbing chased the manufacturer who advised they had a backlog of orders but would expedite my order. it was dispatched later that day and arrived 2 days later. just be aware that if the website says in stock it might not be!

Easy ordering process. Delivered outside of the 10 working days. Tracked the order and it was identified that it was over the normal bracket - could have sent an email acknowledging this with maybe an update. The courier used was good, the driver was brilliant who actually helped me manhandle the package into my garage - too tall to roll in on the pallet. Packaged very well, no damage but missing one item - a bathroom cabinet which is not really a small thing. Now in the process of learning how they deal with this. Happy with the items delivered. Emailed 10 days later after no reply, received a reply 3 days later advising of a replacement which was delivered 4 days later. Overall, not a positive experience which makes me consider whether to use them again but considering I don’t change my bathroom on a monthly basis they probably are not too fussed with repeat business

Found a lovely bathroom suite online, couldn't find anything else like it anywhere and the price was great. It was easy to order and any extra items that were needed popped up as I was putting things in the basket to make it even easier. Delivery was quick and I was kept informed throughout the whole process. Can't wait to see it all fitted now. Thanks!

May we suggest it would constitute far better practice to wait until goods had been delivered prior to asking customers to give a review. Despite my wife waiting in ALL DAY Friday as requested by your carriers, we have yet to receive our goods and now have absolutely no idea when one of us should next take a day off to wait in for them. We cannot contact your carriers as the phone just rings and rings until eventually going dead. Our contract, however, is with you and unless you can give us a delivery date today that falls within the next 5 working days, we would like a full refund as we will be cancelling the order and using another company who keep their promises. Your response to date has consisted of a refund of the delivery charge which, to be honest, is nowhere near enough. We would like to see some sense of urgency.
