This guy come to my property cut big hole in my wall to fit new bath, left job telling me he needs special pipe and he would call me with in 30 minutes and let me know when he can come back and fit the bath. After waiting 5 hours and calling him he did not answer my call after 5 hours he sends me a message saying he can't get the part and I would need to find someone else. This is not very professional as I now have big square hole in my wall and my 2 toddlers want to put fingers in there all the time I had to put bin in my bath to stop toddlers playing with it.
