Very good plumbers, honest company, none of that supersales rubbish, I love this genuine approach. I called them, Vincent popped in very quickly and checked what was needed, his advice was really good and wasn't focused on getting every penny out of my pocket and after some little issues I had my quotation. It took a while but this company doesn't invest in useless tie-wearing bmw-driving salespeople and the savings go to the customer. They put people in need first so I waited a while for my new boiler as my old boiler was 100% working. Installation was done with extreme care and politeness. The way the pipework was done exceeded my expectations. I am told I'm a demanding customer but I couldn't ask for anything more from them. They simply exceeded my expectation in every way. 100% recommended company, very good price and job well done!!!

He left black marks right up my stair carpet whilst looking for the leak which he failed to find. I found it myself and pointed it out. He 'fixed it' twice but it's still leaking (only not as bad). Emptied the boiler into my cupboard. Floor was swimming. Failed to bleed radiators after emptying the boiler. Over charged me. I argued the point and they deducted the excess charge hence the two stars. In no way was I rude. Angry yes but I simply stated my case.

Can’t recommend this company highly enough. I was unlucky enough to suffer, what turned out to be, an unusual and complicated boiler breakdown. Vinny and the team were brilliant; very professional and reliable from the outset. They even dealt with the warranty claim through the manufacturer for us. Great business!

We were having our Gas meter moved by SGN, and needed it reconnected. SGN never completed their works on time, and I had to re shedule Vincent Coyle a few times, and they were very understanding, always pleasant when I called. The engineers that did the work had a great attitude, and explained what they needed to do. SGN recommended that we had the engineers in twice, once to do the prep work, second time to do the reconnection, but we could have had the work carried out in one visit, and we could probably have saved time and money, we are happy with the work that VCs engineers carried out.
