We had visualise designs manage the complete overhaul of our bathroom. Richard took on board our thoughts and patiently redesigned, adding little points he thought would enhance the finished look. Once we agreed on the design we placed an order with Richard after he had taken us to view products. Hans then came and fitted our bathroom and was professional, polite and considerate. The finish was so much better than we could ever have imagined. I cannot recommend the company enough and most of all its because both Richard and Hans are both thoroughly nice people.

Richard has been a pleasure to work with on our bathroom project. He’s always available and very responsive, polite and attentive and really listens to you. He never seems to get flustered or impatient (and we took a long time to decide on things!) and he is very prompt at coming back to you with options. I don’t think we could could have had such a nice result without his help and I would strongly recommend him to anyone considering doing a bathroom fit out. He has lots of contacts and the Tradesmen he connected us with were really very good.

Richard and his team designed and fitted an en-suite for my parents bedroom, which was customised to their specific needs. He was extremely professional and approachable and discussed all options with them. The work was undertaken and completed on time and to an exceptional standard. At all times Richard and his team were curteous and respectful and ensured that they left my parents home clean and tidy. Would highly recommend them!

Visualise Designs was exactly the service I was hoping to find. Our old wet room needed completely remodelling but I had neither the time nor the confidence to do it myself. Richard managed the whole process for me but ensured I was involved at every stage. He was completely professional, knowledgeable, reliable and friendly throughout. He took me to showrooms to help me choose tiles and fittings. He was appreciative of my budget and happy to make amendments when necessary. Under Richard's supervision the entire project ran smoothly and was totally stress-free. The final results are stunning and we are extremely happy with our new bathroom. I can totally recommend his services.
