I used this company for a new boiler installation and joinery work. Jim could not have been more helpful. He Neil Sammy and Colin were extremely helpful and professional and the work was first class. I also discovered a leaking toilet which they also repaired for me. First class job and so helpful. A joy to deal with and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Contacted Jim after being let down by other local gas boiler installers. Jim arrived right away and planned out the job, bought the required materials and arrived exactly as planned and on time. In conjunction with Grant Findlay (GF Plumbing and heating), the whole complex installation was completed in two days and if "looking fantastic" is the right way to describe plumbing that is exactly what it is. Super job, well executed. Cheers guys.

When the boiler pump went on a Saturday with cold weather outside, my usual plumber in warm Spain, and 8 phone calls later, everyone booked out or not even taking calls, you could say i was feeling desperate. Jim Walton was recommended by one of the other plumbers my plumber recommended but who could not fit in the job. Yes, it is a little old fashioned that there is no mobile or whatsapp to call, or that communication is limited to landline or email, but then you also get the old fashioned service, in the best possible way. Jim was responsive, kept his word unlike most tradies in Aberdeen - so when he said the plumber will be there tomorrow, they will be there, within an hour, they are there within the promised hour. They diagnosed the issue quickly, supplied and installed the boiler pump within hours of their visit. When some screw fell off inside, and pressure dropped the next day, so boiler stopped working, he promptly dispatched the same plumber who fixed this oversight. Definitely recommend.
