Like the reviewer below, Warmans also came to my rescue when another surveyor had let me down. They got me booked in for a survey within a week. I met John, the surveyor, at the property and he was very knowledgable and helpful. His report, which took 6 working days, is clear. I've dealt with Sharon the office manager and always found her to quick and helpful in her replies.

Expensive but worth it Warmans came to the rescue after we had a survey done which turned out to be useless. We ended up paying a lot to (a) check the first survey and then (b) completely re-do a survey. However their advice was helpful and practical. They also managed to visit the property and complete the survey swiftly, which helped a lot with the purchase process. We’d use them again.

Warmans continue to be my first recommendation to any of my clients who are buying a house and therefore need a survey. John Waudby and his team provide thorough, sensible reports which are written in clear English rather than ‘surveyor speak’. They are also very happy to chat through their findings if necessary, which makes my job as the conveyancer much easier and in turn leads to a smoother and often faster transaction for my clients.

Their survey was ok, standard. But their service was horrible. Robotic,. Had to send many emails. But the key thing is: i specifically said I wanted to hire their survey services to move on to have an architectural alteration opinion and budget back to back as trying to buy a flat. They say architectural walk in was free.. though when the survey came back and had to book for it... oops, not possible to book for over a month (when I stressed I needed the architecture alteration budget as soon as the survey was done). Not a reliable firm I'm afraid.
