Paddy Flynn3 StarNo doubt that the product is 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟. It's their after sales service that takes 2 🌟🌟 off. The package came without instructions on how to set up the thermostat. I've emailed them. Left messages on their website. Still waiting !!!Friday 24th December 2021
Gerry P1 StarCalled WFS four times only to be told that they would call me back. They never called back!! All that was said on the last call was, their website is out of date and also they do not take on most of the jobs advertised. No solar panels,, no wet underfloor heating. I didn’t stay on the line long enough for them to tell me what else they ‘don’t’ do. Total waste of my time. Why couldn’t someone just tell me whilst on the first call?!?! I am only writing this review so that nobody else has to waste their time calling them.Wednesday 26th January 2022
