Yunis is such a great engineer and extremely knowledgeable. He takes the time to explain everything to you in a way that you would understand. No task was too much and he goes that extra mile to investigate and correct any issues properly. Bit of a perfectionist. He was also happy to adapt to our needs if we wanted things done a certain way. Job finished on time and for the price agreed. Thanks again!

I needed a whole new central heating system installed in my 3 bedroom detached property, as mine was nearly 40 years old. I had difficulty finding a central heating system installer that provided me with the confidence in the type of system I needed, as many appeared to be trying to sell me options that only benefitted their (limited) skill set or their favoured price point. Yunis was an exception to this as he explained all the different options available to me, tried understanding what my family needs are now and in the future in terms of heating, and recommended the best option based on those needs. In fact, he spent nearly 2 hours at my house answering my many questions and understanding my concerns, which I greatly appreciated. Yunis was also very personable during our initial meeting, and he projected a vibe that made him appear to be an honest and upright person so I decided to hire his services based on this and the very reasonable quote he provided. Yunis's professionalism and expertise were first class from start to finish. He was able to adhere to my short notice requested start date (less than one week from me accepting his quote), which was exceptional, given the shortage of materials at the moment. Yunis went out of his way to make sure I got all the materials needed, even if he had to go to a number of different suppliers so he could get the job done quickly. I greatly appreciated his dedication, as I have a toddler so needed the job done quickly. My house is old and 'quirky' (old wiring, raiditors, piping, etc) which made the job not straightforward, but Yunis was incredibly patient and was willing to put in the time and effort correcting the issues to a high quality. I've had various tradesman in my house before, who always complained about how difficult my house is, so I really appreciated the respect, time and professionalism Yunis gave, even when it was difficult. He always arrived early, worked late and often didn't take any breaks, to ensure the work was done to a high standard and within the allowed timeframe. His work is very neat, high quality, and he took great care with trying not to stain my new white carpets throughout the house which was great! I am so pleased with the end result. Thank you again, Yunis, for your exceptional work and professionalism. You are a true master at what you do, and an honest and respectable person which is hard to find these days. Too bad Google only let's me give you 5 stars - you are worth beyond that! I look forward to working with you again to install my underfloor heating and upgrading my bathrooms. I won't be going to any other tradesman!

Yunis responds really quickly and provides a great service. He is very accommodating and works really quickly without comprising quality. He has done a few jobs for us now, installing a dishwasher, moving a gas pipe and installing a radiator. All done quickly and at a great price. We will get him back for future jobs too, def recommend.
