Phoned on the number provided to arrange a visit to sort an issue for my elderly parents. No answer, left a voicemail around lunchtime. No reply by late afternoon, so called again and left another voicemail. Still no reply by next day, so rang again. Went to voicemail again. Sent a text instead. Finally received a curt 6 word reply informing me he wouldn't be able to visit for over a week. Clearly a very busy man. One would assume his plumbing is better than his customer service.

Called Maurice to help me with a leaking pipe feeding my washing machine, he identified the issue within minutes and sorted it with no messing around. Gave some great advice, was very friendly and professional, will definitely be calling again if the need arises. Thanks Maurice!

Maurice turned up at the agreed time done the job which was great would definitely call him again. Makes a nice change to have a plumber who is clean and tidy and doesn't over complicate things cheers
