Cielidgh Reece1 StarI had a man from this company come round today to 'fix' my boiler. Thankfully my mums a plumber and is helping with this now as instead of fixing my boiler he completly broke it. Instead of doing what he's legally required to he was too lazy too check the boiler was working and turn the radiators on to bleed them which as my qualified mother made me aware she could lose her job if she didn't do those essential safety checks upon leaving the job. It is now 8pm at night. My house temperature is currently 0°c, I have no hot water and the company where so rude to me that I feel people need to be aware that this company does not follow the practices that they are trained in. They will cost you a lot of money. And like me if you are pregnant avoid them otherwise your health will be affected like mine is being now.Thursday 4th February 2021
