I highly recommend using Waymark for your estate agency needs. The friendly guys at Waymark helped sell my property and support me with the purchase of our new home. They made the process seamless and their expertise in the industry provided me with a lot of confidence. They certainly took away the stress from us and allowed us to focus on the more positive aspects such as looking forward to moving into our new home. At Waymark, I dealt mainly with Hugh, Cameron, Yasmin and Tessa who were all fantastic. Cameron deserves a worthy mention because I felt a lot of times he went above and beyond for me, he is a credit to Waymark. Yas was also fantastic for liaising directly with the solicitors, new home builder and my buyer. She was very professional throughout and I enjoyed getting regular updates from her on the process. I never felt isolated or forgotten, I don’t remember worrying much at all because I was well looked after by the team. Waymark demonstrated high levels of professionalism and communication was brilliant throughout. 5 stars from me ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Waymark Buying a property is often considered a stressful process. However my recent experience of buying two properties in Faringdon with Waymark Estate Agents has been a painless experience. I was provided with supportive advice and guidance on the properties along with information on other comparable properties that had come on to the market and been recently sold. Having a wider perspective of the property marketplace allowed me to proceed with confidence. I was not subjected to a hard sell and genuinely felt that Waymark’s were taking my own personal needs into consideration whilst obviously representing the interests of the vendor. The advantages associated with the location of the two properties in conjunction with the surrounding amenities was also explained which was important since my knowledge of Faringdon was limited. COVID and the reliant sale of another property made the process rather prolonged but Waymark kept in regular contact throughout, answering and resolving all questions and queries. When it came to letting the properties Waymark were once again able to provide the necessary advice and guidance. All the legal requirements associated with the letting of a property were organised and overseen by Waymark. This occurred in a very timely manner allowing tenants to move in soon after completion. Communication between myself and Waymark was excellent throughout allowing a trusting relationship to develop. I was impressed with the friendly and professional service that I experienced.
