John Baker5 StarCody and Mason turned up to change over my Bath taps and electrical shower. All done well with full respect to my property and instructions given. I have used Westcountryph before to service my boiler and pressurised hot water cylinder and again they are reliable and readily available to fulfill my availability for appointments. I've been using them for a few years on a couple of rental properties - their customer service is great and their plumbers show up on time, are courteous and communicative, and do a good job. Most recently, they successfully sourced and installed a hard-to-find bathroom tap cartridge without too much difficulty.

The date and time given to me for a plumber to attend was a very quick turn around which put my mind at ease.
