After booking an appointment for a Gas Fire service on the 14th December 2018 Pete called to let me know when he would be arriving and turned up in a timely manner. He was very polite , friendly and professional throughout the service/ visit. He was also very knowledgeable and explained clearly and in detail what he would be doing and bringing an issue up to my attention.
