Cannot recommend him strongly enough! As well as having a very smooth and easy process booking Terry in for an independent pre-purchase damp and timber survey in a property in Oxfordshire, his advice and extensive knowledge was both extremely helpful and comforting. After receiving the comprehensive report (which arrived exactly when he advised I should expect it), I phoned up to clarify a few points I wasn't sure on how to proceed with as there were multiple options for how to make the necessary repairs. I came off the phone knowing much more and feeling much better, and also still feeling like I could phone again for more help if I needed it.

We hired Western Specialist Surveys to do a damp and timber survey on a property we are purchasing. Terry was very professional, punctual and helpful. He highlighted a potential problem to the property, not related to damp and timber, which we were not aware of. I got in touch with Western Specialists Surveys after Damp was picked up on a valuation of my property. Terry managed to squeeze me in within a week and conducted the survey in a proffesional manner. His knowledge was very impressive and quickly put me at ease. Even when the original valuer was asking, what i thought were ridiculous, queries Terry remained proffesional and and saw me through the process.
