Karan Brashier5 StarRang Jon regarding a repair to a burst outdoor tap, he wasn’t able to give me a date when he could do it, due to his high workload, but said he would put me on a list and if he had a free hour in between jobs he would contact me. He was good to his word, and the job was done within the week. Very reasonably priced, reliable and friendly. Therese Dunn5 StarJon and Alex were recommended by a friend of a friend. We needed a new central heating boiler and also had a problem with the toilet flushing. They came out when they said to give a quote, then came at a convenient time to carry out the work. Took a whole day, they worked extremely hard, obviously are very competent and kept us informed as to what they were doing. Cleared up any mess. Advice given on type of boiler to buy and length of guarantee to go for. Pleasant to have in the house. Couldn’t fault them. Neighbour with dementia had an emergency with her central heating, Jon talked me through what to do to via video to re pressure the system.
