Matt Russo5 StarHad a level 2 survey done by Westside services. Survey was booked in very quickly and completed only a week after booking with the report coming out a few days later. Communication is very good and they arrange to gain access to the property with the estate agent themselves. Also very reasonably priced compared to some other surveyors and just as professional and thorough.Tuesday 12th October 2021

Really happy with this service + they are fairly priced compared to other companies. They surveyed my first purchase so was quite a big deal and the surveyor picked up on quite a few things which helped negotiate the price down!Monday 7th March 2022

We had a full £900 home survey and the surveyor unfortauntely didn't look into the attic fully. Since we moved in, we've found collapsed roofs and shoddy insulation that was not noticed during the survey (specifically above my toddler's bedroom).
Unfortunately the surveyor also didn't notice that the paint/render on the house was completely the incorrect materials for an old listed house, and so we also now have to pay more money for something not noted in the survey. The cracked render was only scored a '1' minor by the surveyor, however we have since been told by another surveyor it's not fit for purpose and contributing to major damp issues.
I want to reiterate that I was happy with the overall report when we received it. However after various other experts visiting, I feel like I was not given the fulls details needed to understand just how much urgent work was needed to the property.Tuesday 23rd November 2021

Jay Seenundun5 StarOur experience of using Westside Services for a HomeBuyers report was excellent from start to finish. I was able to initiate/book the service online which was followed up by a confirmation email by Casey that they'll be in touch with the estate agent to get the survey booked in.
Casey kept me updated with the survey booking and the survey was organised within a couple of weeks. Jamie, the surveyor, gave me a call following the survey with a brief outline of his findings and answered any questions I had. The draft HomeBuyers report and final report were emailed to me the following week providing me with the opportunity to delve deeper and email any questions.
