While I am really happy with the work of the gentlemen that have come to fix different appliances, I am someone disgusted by the unprofessionalism of the owner of this business. I have given the company a call in the early morning and requested a call with 15 minutes notice to the arrival of the plumber. The Plumber appeared in the midst of my digital company meeting - without the requested notice. He was not informed about my request. I call the business a
