Overall had a really good experience renting through Whitton & Laing. Katie has been brilliant throughout our tenancy, and has helped resolve issues which have arisen and overall made the experience really smooth. Especially when our Moving our date has to be pushed back. Would highly recommend.

Avoid for building management services - like the plague! We live next door to one of their managed buildings which has had scaffolding up for over a year just to paint the house. They painted closed our neighbours windows and it took them 3 weeks to rectify the issue. As neighbours, they have damaged our property, and have refused to rectify it. It has been 6 months and I have been in contact with Jean Davren, Antonieta Casco-Reid, Emma Martin and had 3 other people turn up at my door. The admit what they did, but still have decided to just ignore the issue and now my refuse to return emails. They now tell me they need to put scaffolding on my property to finish their job. They are truly an unprofessional, cowboy maintenance company and would strongly recommend people to look for alternatives (a thing my neighbours are now doing).

I used Whitton and Laing to find me two sets of tenants and also to sell a flat. For both rental and sales they were excellent to deal with throughout. I found them responsive and easy to work with but above all I found their industry knowledge, reach and brokerage skills far superior to other agencies I have used in the past. The whole experience was friendly, courteous and ultimately successful. Thanks!
