Joe and Ben are currently working on my property and everything is going exceptionally well. It was a slow start due to the pandemic and slow supply chain but Joe and Ben kept me in the loop so I knew what was happening. Joe initially came to give the quote, which was realistic ... not quite the cheapest and definitely not the most expensive, but Joe impressed me by pointing out issues, which other builders seemed to have missed. Forearmed is forewarned. Communication has been great and this has helped to keep my stress levels down. They have an excellent team of workers who keep the site tidy and safe. The other professionals called in for other specific jobs, also produce a high standard of work and there seems to be good communication between these companies too. Where I have needed to change plans slightly, nothing has been too much trouble. It has been a big project and as such, things evolved during the build. A highly motivated team and highly recommended.

J R Mann was recommended to myself by the estate agsnt I was using to sell the house with and I am glad they did! They supplied and fitted new man hole / septic tank covers with bases shaped and cemented to a very high standard very pleased!! Also helped myself greatly with some roofing diy I was attempting at the time couldn’t thank the lads enough!!
