We have employed Wilkinson Cowan on a number of occasions during the past 8 years, in order to project manage particular initiatives, where the school has secured significant capital funding.The largest contract to date, £5.3m, was the building of our sixth Form, which has been a great success and enjoyed by all users. Many visitors to the school comment on the innovative design of the build and the fabulous learning environment that has been created for our sixth form students. WCP have been and continue to be an extremely diligent organisation providing cost consultancy, employers agent/PM and CDM/Principle designer roles to support the client team.This particular project has been extremely complex with multiple stakeholders and funding streams and therefore Wilkinson Cowan have had to deal with significant changes to the scheme through the pre contract phase with several cost plans developed that have been delivered on time.
