To say we are delighted with the beautiful drystone wall that Will and Sam built for us would be an understatement. They have completely transformed our small courtyard garden by replacing an old broken retaining wall with the most fantastic much taller slightly curved forest marble drystone wall complete with a few odd shelves at different levels for us to put flower pots on. It is a work of art and still makes us smile every time we go out into our garden.

Will has spent a number of weeks building a 30 metre long 1.5 metre high drystone retaining wall to keep a field hillside behind our house from entering the back garden! What can I say?!…...his workmanship is absolutely of the highest standard, and is a true work of art in stone. Everyone who sees it makes comment on how fantastic it looks, and how it complements the garden. Will is extremely professional in everything he does, yet remains so friendly and easy to get along with, it has been a joy to have him working in the garden each day. His original quote was adhered to almost exactly in the final invoice three months later (actually, slightly less than the quote!), and came in at a very reasonable price, given that he is a master craftsman and not a jobbing builder creating a standard block and mortar wall. I cannot fault Will on one single thing, and would highly recommend him to anyone thinking of creating a drystone wall (or any other type of construction listed on his website for that matter). You will not find better. Thank you, Will!

Will did a lovely job of repairing and pointing my high blue lias garden wall which was in pretty poor condition. I thought his quote was very fair, and his estimate of how long the job would take was spot on. His experience and skill are very obvious, and he's very easy to get on with. Therefore highly recommended !
