Poor service. Had to ask the lady if she was serving as she was just looking blankly out the window. "I can do" was the reply like she was doing me a favour by serving a customer.

I recently purchased 2 radiators from the Wigan store, unfortunately 1 of the radiators was too big in depth to be used. The radiator wrapper was partly opened to confirm this. Upon realising it was too large for the room I called the store to enquire buying a smaller radiator and returning the incorrect one for a refund. The manager informed the lady speaking to me on the phone that they were unable to refund as the packaging had been opened. Even a partial refund was not an option. I was very disappointed with this situation as I am now stuck with a radiator which wasn't cheap. I was going to purchase more radiators in the near future from here, however I will look elsewhere as I am sorely disappointed with the customer service. Future buyers beware!
