Paul Jones5 StarSo impressed! I came here for some advice and a possible fix for my downstairs toilet not flushing! Not a life or death job but important to me. It looked very trade only and proffessional when I walked in but don't be fooled, this is a very public friendly place indeed. Instead of trying to fob me off or sell me a whole part I didn't need. The guy on the counter Dave spent 5 minutes explaining in detail what I needed to do to fix the problem and had the part in stock which cost less than £3 rather than sell me a whole kit which most places would have done for 10 times that amount.
In this day and age its very nice to still find a place and staff that are interested in customers no matter how small their problem not big orders or money so I just wanted to say thanks Dave and thanks Wolseley.
Anyone in the local area who is looking for anything plumbing would be foolish to avoid this place! Cant recommend enoughWednesday 19th August 2020
Richard Lyons5 StarI've tried other plumbers merchants where I have found it to be very "clicky" at wolseley they are down to earth and go above and beyond to help you out. Usually very good stock if not its next morning delivery. Cant fault that. Staff are great and make everyone feel welcome, trade and public.Wednesday 17th June 2020
