Woods provided an excellent service with an incredibly detailed report. The lady who arranged it for me was very helpful in choosing the correct level of survey. Steve, the surveyor went above and beyond with the survey providing additional information and calling me to run through the report. Would certainly recommend Woods Surveyors.

Absolutely fantastic service! I am a first time buyer and currently in the process of purchasing a listed property. I was very anxious as to the level of survey the property required- the team at Woods couldn't have been more willing to help and advised us throughout the process. Nick was particularly considerate calling us straight after the survey to warn of considerable concerns relating to the building. I would highly recommend their services.

Fantastic service. Steve did a great job on the survey and ran through it with me over the phone before typing it up and sending it out, so I had a good idea of what to expect. He ran through it in such simple terms as well, which I really appreciated. The team in the office are also so helpful and I've followed up on a couple things since (just advice) & they've got back to me so quick. Don't hesitate to book. Also nice to support local.
