stumbled across this company while looking for a specific worktop, and after reading the many reviews gave them a shot... I can't rate these guy's high enough! Their customer service is outstanding, their cutting service is fantastic, and their delivery service again it superb. We were notified before dispatch, and called on the day to confirm they were half an hour away.... all items were very well packed, and the quality is fantastic. Will definitely recommend and more than happy to use again .

I have no complaints and only praise for the service I received. Designing my own bespoke desktop to fit into a corner space on a rising frame was a bit of a challenge for me. After several measurements, drawings, emails and discussion on the angled cut and direction of staves (to ensure to two pieces were aligned and fit into my limited space), I finished with a diagram of exactly what I wanted. Delivery was bang on time with plenty of communication regarding actual time on the day. Then, the moment of truth. The pieces bolted together perfectly, staves all in the same direction and the whole thing looks really neat. Thank you worktop Express for a quality product and Jessica's patience with me chopping and changing to ensure the most accurate fit.

a great experience from the start.. pleased to find a showroom a few miles away. Lots to see there and the ordering was easy and the people helpful. The delivery drivers made extra effort to get close to our property by backing down the twisty drive. Friendly guys and they carried the tops into our new garden cabin. a good experience from start to finish.. oh.. the updates and communications were first rate too.

Incredibly disappointed and would not recommend. We ordered 2 pieces of wood for our kitchen island back in September ready for our kitchen to be fitted in December. We were told at the time that they were the last pieces available of the wood we wanted. Two days before the fitting in December we get a call to say the wood is bowed and can't be used and there is no more in stock. To be left in that position at such short notice was awful and we had no choice but to buy a sheet of plywood as a temporary measure. Apparently the wood is not checked until the fabrication stage so I imagine we aren't the only ones this has happened to. One of the sales team told my partner where the wood is stored is damp so this does happen - be warned!! Fast forward to now and the wood is back in stock but none of it matches and it's being discontinued. Absolute shambles from start to finish, 5 months down, still no worktop and we're left with little choice but to get a refund and source from somewhere else.

Never purchase ' solid laminate worktops ' if you do you have been warned, we have had three new kitchens fitted in our house over the years and l can honestly say these worktops were the worst. We had problems at the beginning and was told ' it will settle,',no they have not. We spent thousands on our current kitchen only to have the tops spoil it. We have complained to the company and nothing was done.
