First impressions of Brian were very good; he turned up on short notice and on time! He was polite and even cleaned up after. Unfortunately a few months after the installation we noticed a swelling on a joint. I contacted both Brian and the worktop manufacturer to let them know of the situation. The manufacturer agreed to send someone around to carry out a report and Brian ignored my email. After another try, we eventually received a reply where Brian explained that water had got into the joint from the sink and it was our fault. We waited for the independent report to come back and once it did, we noticed it pointed to a different reason for the swelling 'The join between the two worktops has not been sealed fully and moisture has penetrated the join and has slightly swollen the worktop causing the bump'. We forwarded the report to Brian in the hope that he might be able to help us. After all, he did say before the work was carried out that ''Although its not impossible but I have not made an installation error in over 10 years. If I did, I would replace at my cost.'' Unfortunately we were met with the same reply, ‘it was our fault the water entered the joint’. We have tried to come to some arrangement but our emails have been ignored and facebook posts deleted. I didn't want to write a review because I believe mistakes happen, and it's how a company deals with mistakes that matter. Unfortunately we’ve been unable to finish our kitchen for almost a year now whilst we sort this issue out.

Brian did an excellent job and has transformed our kitchen! This was our second attempt with Mistral solid surface worktops. The first ones were fitted by an in-experienced fitter who installed them incorrectly with very poor results. Brian came to our rescue and was extremely professional and helpful. He is clearly an expert with this product with great attention to detail. The difference has been astonishing! We could not be happier with the results, absolute perfection!

Brian @ worktoppro all I can say is he is a genius. Very professional. Fitted 12mm compact laminate worktops and splash backs for us. Arrived early on the day and finished the same day. Left the finished job all clean and tidy. I cannot speak highly enough of the service he provided. We will be requesting another job with Brian soon for our utility room. Thank you

Brian was excellent we're so happy with our Zenith worktop fit. Brian specialises in compact laminate and it was difficult locating a professional fitter who specialises in compact laminate and we we're not disapointed. He was very responsive when I had a problem 12 hours before, and when he came to fit he was very professional and got on with the job with minimal fuss and 6 hours of hard work later the job was done and he was gone. We're very happy with the results, it was just how we asked and the undermount sink and cut out ceramic hob in our breakfast bar was spot on. His pricing was very clear and he stuck to it which is helpful. He kept his appointment which was critical when trying to project manage around 4 different tradespeople. Thanking you again Brian.
