Absolutely fantastic Company for customer service, professionalism, design, quality of kitchens and much more. We chose WOK in Caerleon because we wanted to use a local company and all their reviews were excellent. We weren’t disappointed, from day 1 meeting Paul we knew we were in good hands. Our kitchen & utility refurb was professionally designed and project managed. We were presented with a comprehensive breakdown of what would happen on what days and who would be turning up at our home to do it. All the tradesmen turned up on time and were very respectful and worked diligently. Shout out to Darren, Martin, Ian, Tim, Emyr & Justin who were superb and did a fantastic job. We are so pleased with our amazing kitchen & utility room and would highly recommend Paul and his team at WOK. Here’s a big shout out to Paul and all the crew at World of Kitchens in Caerleon. What a superb team who have just completed fitting our new kitchen and bathroom. From the moment we first spoke to Paul, a few things became totally clear to us:– 1. He listened to what we were saying to him, and 2. There were absolutely no pressure sales tactics used whatsoever. Our build was very challenging from the start, in that we were trying to get a modern kitchen and bathroom to blend into the character of our 17th century cottage. Paul showed effective listening techniques and totally took on board the requests we were making – often coming up with very good suggestions in how we could undertake the project in a sympathetic manner. The result was absolutely stunning and we actually ended up with much more storage space than we originally had, and all achieved in a very logical and visually pleasing form. As the cottage is so old, we expected that we may come across some issues, but these were handled in a very professional manner with Paul keeping us appraised at every step of the way. The team of tradesmen that World of Kitchens use are all very hardworking and often went the extra mile to keep us happy. To say my wife was ecstatic with the end result is an understatement – she is beaming like a Cheshire cat, especially with all the wonderful comments we have received from our family and friends (who have all been impressed with the finishes achieved). The key thing for us was that Paul gave us a completion date for the main works and met it – even though we did hit a few minor issues along the way. If you are looking for a good firm to design a new kitchen and bathroom, then you need look no further than World of Kitchens – they are superb

World of Kitchens, Caerleon, is to be thoroughly recommended. We are more than happy with our new kitchen, which has been greatly admired by friends and family. Matt's design was imaginative and practical, and his attention to detail was punctilious. The room is completely transformed, and I still feel as if I am on holiday when I come down to breakfast.
