Really pleased with my Wren kitchen. I liked how they were able to show me how the finished product would look. The cupboards are a good size and are of a decent quality. The units were ready a month early. The quartz worktop was installed a few weeks later. All communication was good. There was small damage to a door, this was replaced within 24 hours. Overall good experience, I would defiantly recommend and I would use them in the future.

Excellent service from beginning to the end. Abs our kitchen consultant was extremely helpful. I would recommend Wren kitchens as everything went smoothly from design to delivery.

Wren and their staff Ben and Paul have been wonderful and extremely patient, as our building work was behind schedule and so was delaying the kitchen fitting. We also had to tweak the design because of our incorrect measuring. Ben did this seamlessly and without fuss. They continued to find us any offers, each time we visited the showroom, regarding the appliances. Ben has been extremely thorough with our design. Before fitting commences the surveyor and fitter come round separately to check the measurements. It is only signed off when it is precisely checked. We are excited to see our finished kitchen, which I am confident will look amazing.

I have received one of the worst customer services of my life. My kitchen cancellation refund took over 1 month to process! I've been mislead to think that a refund takes time to process (between 6-8 weeks). This is a total lie, as there is no such thing documented in their terms and conditions. The time is purely used for their staff to use customers as scapegoats to receive personal commissions! My trust in Wren has been abused by not only the design team, but also their managers!!! I will be warning friends and family to stay clear. And would request anyone reading this message to do the same! Its a shame to have experienced such low level service from a big company like wren. I'm utterly disgusted!

October 2021 our new kitchen was fitted by Wren kitchens and it's fabulous We found the whole process from designer to a fantastic fitter wonderful, every thing was completed on time from delivery to completion,all items are top class and beautifully made , we would recommend you to try Wren's kitchens first.
