From the initial consultation to the finished kitchen we were impressed with professionalism of both the in store and on site staff. They provided us with a kitchen better than our expectations, and after the kitchen was in and we had a slight issue with one of the drawers a replacement part was sent within a couple of days. We would certainly use Wren kitchens again

From moment one when we were designing the kitchen there were numerous issues. The installation person was new so had no idea how to use the system. Then it got worse from there. The pre-installation guy dropped out 1 day before installation which delayed everything and the new fitter came unaware of the pre-fit plans. The extractor didn't fit, the lighting still isn't fitted, the size of the kitchen was too long, and still, 4 months later our kitchen is still not completed. They are now ignoring our request to get another fitter back to see if what we quoted for is what we got (we know it isn't). I could write another 3/4 paragraphs about the poor service and communication. The only positive was the team that fitted the worktop were excellent but weren't direct Wren employees. Sounds like Wren have got too big and are taking customer for granted due to their marketing. Never again....still waiting now for it to be finished!

DO NOT ORDER YOUR KITCHEN FROM THIS COMPANY! I cannot begin to explain what a nightmare I have had with Wren Kitchens Parkgate! It took a month from ordering the kitchen to getting a delivery date, which is fine I was happy with that. The kitchen arrived on the 1st of July, however the main corner unit which housed the sink (and the starting point for the joiner) was missing. I called Wren and it took me over an hour and a half to get through to someone in customer services (AN HOUR AND A HALF!!!). They said they would get a replacement unit to me which would take a week. After receiving a text that morning saying the unit was on its way, it never arrived! WREN DID THIS TO ME 4 WEEKS ON THE BOUNCE ON 4 DIFFERENT OCCASIONS! This meant I had to organise and cancel a joiner on 4 times! I do not understand how they can text me on the morning saying the item was on its way and never deliver it!! I wasted 4 days of my time waiting for the unit to turn up for it to never arrive! So, after 4 weeks, I finally get a call to say the unit is getting delivered at 6.30AM in the morning! Yes, 6.30am! This is an unoccupied property due to renovations, so after getting woken up by the driver calling me, I said I would be at the house in 15 minutes. He said he had 6 other deliveries and couldn’t wait. I explained I’d waited 4 weeks on 4 different occasions for this, so he said he would leave it round the back of the house. When I collected the item, not only was it covered in rain, but it was also smashed and damaged!!! I have never dealt with a company as shocking as Wren. I’ve spent days sat waiting for items which never arrived, hours and hours trying to get through to customer services and incurred costs through having to cancel with tradesmen because Wren can’t get anything right. Not only was I messed around with the corner unit, but the pelmet was also the wrong colour! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO ELSEWHERE – SHAMBLES OF A COMPANY!

Absolute horrendous experience with Wren Rotherham. In March ‘22 two young guys turned up at our door saying that they were fitting our new Wren kitchen. We had no choice in the matter so we let them start. Our grievance is not the quality of the Milano Ultra kitchen but the terrible workmanship from these two fitters, certainly not quality trades people. Nearly every job during the two weeks we had to ask these guys to improve the task that they had just done. For instance still some of our drawers don’t self close. A top kitchen extractor was fitted, we switched it on 3 times and there was an acrid burning smell from it (it’s now November and no one has bothered to come out and replace or change the burnt out motor. Also, the power point for this is hanging off the wall exposing the wiring). Don’t trust Wren ever!

Absolutely shocking experience we have had. To damaged cupboards and doors to warped waltek. Missold lighting which they are not willing to resolve, despite not what we ordered in the shop. Oversold products! The list is endless. Over an hour long waiting time for wren to answer the phone which is disgraceful. Absolutely beyond a joke and certainly will not be leaving great reviews. Unsatisfied and fully regret buying our kitchen from wren!
