Tom Ryan-Elliott1 StarIt was the final day of their sale so I decided to go in after having a kitchen call in the morning.
Upon entering, I asked where in store I needed to go to see the kitchen I was looking for and a member of staff simply pointed as opposed to taking me there and helping.
The call in the morning seemed very good as the kitchen looked great but when I felt and touched the cupboards, they felt very weak, especially at the back of them.
If you're looking to get a kitchen yourself, there's a massive difference between seeing and touching.
Due to this, I will be purchasing mine in Wickes.Wednesday 1st March 2023

She is an extremely lovely girl and so amiable to deal with. Alma is very professional and knowledgeable about all the products & appliances Wren offers.
Her suggestions and keen eye with the design of my new kitchen was a tremendous help as I now feel very comfortable with the concept she created. She is also very patient and never rushed us which made our overall experience with Wren so pleasant!
I must add that we were also fortunate to meet the Acton Wren’s Manager, Nuzhat who is a delight! Again, professional, courteous and so very helpful.
I feel so confident and happy that I am having Wren design and supply my new kitchen…it was the right choice. You really do have a great group of employees.

David Holmes1 StarJust appalling. Never again. The finished kitchen is not of the same quality as what you see in the showroom. Don’t be fooled! The joins are all clearly visible and scuffed and marked. Nothing lines up. Way too much money for the product you get. The pictures speak for themselves!Tuesday 25th October 2022
