Very pleased with the overall experience. Steve put in a lot of time and consideration upfront, which made the installation relatively straightforward - given the unknowns of an old house. A couple of changes were accommodated during the installation and all work was done earnestly, courteously and professionally, ensuring we were happy with the work done.

Steve refitted a cloakroom and two bathrooms in our house. The process from quote through to completion was seamless. Steve maintained excellent communication throughout. As far as his work is concerned, it is impeccable and we are extremely happy with our finished rooms. The products he uses are from reputable brands and are of very high quality. He has good relationships with tile suppliers too which makes the process very easy. Steve worked in our house for 4-weeks and quite honestly sometimes I forgot he was there! He is a quick, clean worker and I immediately felt comfortable leaving him if I needed to pop out. He doesn’t drink tea/coffee which was a bonus as there was no pressure to make constant rounds of drinks! We have already arranged for Steve to come back and quote for our final two bathrooms. Because Steve is so good at what he does, there are usually quite long lead times for him to start the work but he was 100% worth the wait and I’d recommend him without any hesitation.

“I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Steve for a wet room installation. Throughout the project he was punctual, incredibly tidy, polite and very hard-working. He took all of our design requests on board and carried them out perfectly. All equipment and materials arrived in good time and Steve was very accommodating when a couple of slight adjustments were made to the agreed specification. He also kept us well informed at every stage of the project. The job was finished in good time and Steve left our property extremely clean and tidy, removing all waste materials. We will be using him again. A+”

We are absolutely thrilled with our new bathroom, it is everything we hoped for and more. From start to finish Steve was exceptionally helpful, thorough and trustworthy, and he takes so much pride in his work. Steve took time to truly understand what we needed, and gave us so much time to get the best bathroom for our needs. The standard of his work is exceptional, with every single detail given attention to. He is truly skilled in what he does, and a pleasure to have around. There is no-one else we would use for any future bathroom fittings, we simply can't recommend Steve more highly.
