YPM have done a lot of work for me in connection with my rental properties. I live in France and Mr Duck has been a right hand man for me, executing renovations promptly, cost effectively and to a very high standard. He has dealt with emergencies caused by tenants in an efficient and diplomatic manner. He is honest and trustworthy. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

I have used ypm builders on many occasions and there work and service is of a very high standard. The staff that they have are really hard workers and will go the extra mile to do there best to make sure that they do a great job. I had no problem with there work or the team that did the work and I will definitely be using them again.

I have also engaged YPM Builders on a number of occasions, whatever the size of job, small or large, they have gone above and beyond their original remit to fulfil my requirements. Clients change their minds and I admit I have been guilty of this, but Mr Duck is a problem solver and has managed my expectations at each stage and provided me with accurate costings if my changes warranted it. He and his team are fun to be around, they are efficient and hardworking and very tidy, with everything cleaned up at the end of each working day. I would not hesitate to recommend them. To sum up I can honestly say that Mr Duck takes genuine pride in the quality of work and the services YPM provide.

We had to get trading standards involved because of the lack of clarity and communication regarding invoices. Would NOT recommend this business. Very stressful and upsetting times for our family. Even refused to give back our house key until we pay up so had to change the locks! NOT a pleasant person at all! Thanks to trading standards we saved £150 (1/4 of a surprise total bill which had never been discussed or agreed!) worth the time. Wasn’t even ashamed to tell us he was starting another project before finishing ours and despite being 3 months late completing ours.His employees are great though, polite and hard working and on their own I would recommend them, shame about their boss Mally Duck.
