Brief history of time

before 2014

Daniel Yarrow (Director) started of as an apprentice for a major building firm learning all the skills needed to become a competent craftsman developing the skills of leading a large team and successful building business.

Daniel left the company he had served time for years as an apprentice to start his own projects and grow a business alongside his Brothers Sam & Marcus.

In 2014 Yarrow Property & Building Services Limited was Incorporated and the family business is now looking at it’s 5th very successful year this September.

Yarrow has grown from strength to strength the past few years operating from offices on Lower Healey Business Park, Froom St in Chorley. We have recently been developing our Corporate and Social responsibilities be it recycling/sorting stations for all our wagons to offload in the sustainable way.

Alongside these developments we have been focusing on introducing many opportunities for local employment and apprenticeships throughout our community working with local colleges.

We specialise in Property and Building alterations throughout the North West. We are a well-established and reputable building company where our work is carried out to the highest of standards.
