Just been down to get replacement cartridge for my bathroom sink mono tap Cartridge was proving very stubborn to come ou and I was at point in splashing out on whole new very posh tap when the 3 superb technicians behind counter refused to give in and managed to get old cartridge out ( can’t tell you how or we’ll have to kill you ) And swiftly fit new one . As a technician myself I appreciate there never give in attitude along with not a little skill involved. As a wavertree lad I won’t ever go anywhere else Fantastic service O and tap back up an running ✊
