Paul is an excellent plumber who takes pride in his work. The quality of his work is excellent. His prices are more than reasonable and he will often go over and above to get a job done. Have used his many times and will continue to do so. Highly recommended.

Installed our Ideal boiler in 2018 but got the wiring wrong so ever since the outside weather sensor is overruling the boiler. We now don't get hot water when it is warm outside. They also got another wiring issue wrong so the programmer and the water cylinder aren't connected properly. Ideal boiler people came out to confirm all this as part of warranty so have called up twice to get them to rectify but have had no response from my messages. I wouldn't recommend at all.
