From initial enquiry through to design and installation YPS and their installer Fran have been excellent. Both our old bathrooms were stripped out and completely replaced to a high standard by Fran in two weeks. Nothing was too much trouble. Everything left clean and tidy. Very pleased Fantastic work!!! YPS have transformed our old and tired looking kitchen. It now looks superb! and feels great to cook in again! The staff were all very friendly and reliable and the work rate and quality has been 100% from start to finish!! I would definitely recommend them without hesitation!! Amazing bathroom showroom and products. We cannot thank you enough – from start to finish you have been professional, friendly and extremely helpful. The products you provide and your service is fantastic also and Rachel you have made the experience of organising our bathroom very easy. Would not hesitate to recommend this company. Thank you so much. I love my new bathroom, designed and installed by Sam and the team at YPS. They did a great job of creating a design (remotely due to our local restrictions), and scheduled the work to suit us. The installation was faultless – done to a very high quality – with care taken to protect carpets, stairs etc. All in all, highly recommended, I would definitely use YPS again in the future. From the start to the finish we found the service from YPS to be very professional, they took aboard my wife’s disability needs and even though we made certain changes midway through installation this was all accepted and acted upon smoothly. The workmen were all excellent and efficient and took care of our home whilst working. I would gladly recommend you consider this company if you are planning a bathroom or kitchen.

Eddie, our fitter, did a superlative job in refurbishing our bathroom. Nothing was too much trouble, he was exceptionally neat and conducted himself in a most cheerful and professional manner. We couldn’t have wished for a better all round tradesman. Thank you YPS and Eddie. Would we recommend YPS; absolutely!

YPS installed a new bathroom for me in late 2021. I had an initial conversation with Olivia, outlining the style, feel and layout I was looking for - she took my input and came back with some great suggestions on how to tackle some of the challenges which the layout presented, as well as finding a collection of fittings and fixtures which I loved, ticking every box in terms of the brief. I was then provided with some initial 3d mock up images of her design, making it really easy to visualise, and after a few minor tweaks, contracts were signed and the installation was scheduled. Fran, the main installer was brilliant. An honest, hard working, and really skilled guy. From the moment he arrived to the moment he finished, he did a great job. Throughout the 5 or 6 days which the installation lasted, Fran kept me updated with his progress - explaining his plan for the day each morning, and taking me through what he'd done each evening. His attention to detail was fantastic, and this is really apparent in the finish of the bathroom. I really felt like YPS went the extra mile to make my bathroom be exactly how I'd imagined. The end result is beautiful, and I'd have no hesitation in recommending their work to anyone in the area. Thanks again YPS!

Our new bathroom was completed this week and we are delighted with the result. Our experience of YPS from first contact to completion was first class. They provided a helpful, friendly and professional service, understanding what we wanted and delivering it to a high standard. Fran our fitter was amazing. He was a pleasure to have around, was very hard working and professional and his attention to detail was excellent. He always kept us up to date with progress which helped as well. We couldn't fault this company and highly recommend them.

I’ve been using YPS ever since they took over from Ken Dennis all those years ago. Sam and Michelle have always been very helpful and friendly and their service is always second to none. I would definitely recommend them without hesitation.
